Ryan Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization that was created in the memory of Daniel Patrick Ryan. The purpose of the foundation is to help children and families that are dealing with cancer. Daniel Patrick Ryan succumbed to Leukemia on December 21, 1995. Danny was an offensive lineman for the Profs. He was a key member in the growth of the Rowan football program in the late 1980's to early 1990's. Although Danny may be gone, he is still alive in many of our hearts. There are many people that he made an irreplaceable impact on, and many of those people felt a need to keep Danny's spirit alive, so we found a way to do just that... Danny was all about helping others, so that is the sole focus of the DPRF. Through mostly fundraisers, www.dprf.org raises money to help anyone that is suffering from cancer.
